How can I order?

First, submit the order request form. If I accept the order then I will contact you for payment and to further discuss the design.

Are the shoes included?

You provide the shoes. Upon order acceptance you will be give the studio address to ship your shoes.

What method of payment do you accept?

currently Vemo or Zelle.

Is there a refund policy?

Pretty In Punk Art is not liable for damaged sneakers or wear and tear. All sales are final.

Do you provide a mock up?

Typically, mock ups are not provided. I like to design on the fly and creating the mock up slows me down. In special situations it can be provided.

How do custom shoes hold up?

My customs hold up really well given that they are hand painted. Customs are great for light wear or special occasions. I would not recommend them for every day wear. Although I have an intense prep and seal method.. it is still art and possible to scuff or crack over time. Please wear at your own risk.

Do you offer touch ups?
